We apply a process that solves real business problems, rather than following a rigid plan which treats every challenge the same.
Initial meeting & Discovery
A time for questions and learning where we hope to gain an understanding of the challenges you want to overcome, and our role in the process. This happens over Zoom.
Workshops & User Experience
We work closely with you to better understand the challenge and your audience while defining project goals and outcomes. Occasionally this involves sticky notes.
Product & Brand Strategy
Using what we’ve learned to develop a strategy that will guide us towards the outcomes we desire. This roadmap forms an integral part of each project.
Design & Prototyping
Using our experience and the strategy we’ve defined to create identities, screen designs, and prototypes. We conceptualise and iterate through weekly sprints.
Technology & Engineering
We engineer in-house, giving us the ability to build with speed, in parallel to our design process, resulting in a fully integrated development and implementation process.
